We are looking for two highly motivated and passionate individuals with care experience to join our team and help us in our work with young people leaving local authority care. Working at Room 42, our Care Leavers Hub, you will be involved in a range of activities, projects, groups & programs designed to support young people to realise their potential and build positive futures.You will work alongside the Leaving Care Team, the Regeneration Team and a range of Hull City Council service areas, including partner organisations.
