Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Automation Developer & Operator.

As a Senior Automation Developer & Operator, you will play a key role in optimising business processes and enhancing productivity within our council. You will design, develop, and operate automated solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation and create RPA/automation workflows.
- Leverage Power Apps to design and implement user-friendly applications that automate specific tasks or processes.
- Monitor and manage deployed automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field/experience.
- Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer), Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Certified Developer), or related technologies.
- Prior experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using RPA, Power Apps, and the Power Platform across a large organisation.
- Expertise in developing applications using Power Apps and the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug code and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
