We are part of a large specialty, comprising of the main Ophthalmic Outpatients and Day Surgery units at Maidstone, with smaller units at The Tunbridge Wells Hospital and Medway Hospital. The unit is open Monday to Saturday 07.00-18.30 so applicants will be required to work a 6 day working pattern.You will be working predominately in the Ophthalmic Outpatients supporting the team with various sub-specialty clinics, Rapid Access Clinic for urgent care and general clinics. Over 200 new posts will support the new Centre, which is part of a national scheme to deliver more than 50 new surgical hubs across England. The new Centre will open later on this year and treat patients from across the region, increasing the Trust’s capacity for planned surgical procedures.
