In this role you will be acting as an extension of the firms brand and core values, the purpose of this role is to undertake all administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of our NHS Department. As part of a friendly, supportive team you will ensure the smooth running of the NHS MSK service, through the provision of effective and efficient administrative services for NHS patients, referring GPs, healthcare professionals and ICBcontacts. The role encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day to day operations of the business, as well as contributing to its ongoing development. A successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound enquiry calls from patients, GPs or other clinical colleagues and ensuring these are answered within KPIs. Processing new NHS referrals and sending various types of letters to GPs, consultant clinics and radiology. Skills and Experience: Essential: GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent) Professional telephone manner with excellent administration and customer service skills. Ability to work within a team and put the customers needs first. Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to use own initiative and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to problem solve is a key essential skill for this role. IT literate intermediate level minimum An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required Desirable: Previous experience working at a Physiotherapy practice or medical environment.
