A Vacancy at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to be a member of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) Adults with Learning Disability Service. The post offers excellent opportunities to work jointly with other Speech and Language Therapists who specialise in Adults with Learning Disabilities as well as other members of a multi-disciplinary health team and other multi- agency colleagues.The post holder will be a key team member with Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham multidisciplinary Learning Disability team alongside colleagues from South London Mental Health Trust Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team.
