37 Hours (Term time only)• Provide effective leadership and support to SWT Officers• Represent the SWT at ALN panel meetings and other meetings as required.• Contribute to the establishing of team plans and self-evaluation.• Provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training to LA staff and schools.• Develop and sustain effective partnerships with LA Staff and all other relevant agencies.• To support schools with individual/class support in regarding to behaviour that challenges. • Providing an advisory and consultation service to school staff on behaviour strategies. • Keep up to date with all successful international, national and local strategies relating to behavioural/ ALN difficulties.
