We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Deputy Service Manager to lead in the operational management of a specialist registered care home located in Witham, Essex. The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or physical disabilities. They may also need support in managing a variety of health conditions including epilepsy and dysphagia.The service supports 18 individuals in three detached bungalows. The accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the 24 hour needs of individuals that live there and has been rated as Good by the CQC.
