Recycling depot operative needed in Abergele, £11.59ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1436155The postholder will be responsible to work as part of a team to ensure the safe unloading, sorting, storage, baling and loading of recycling materials. Main ResponsibilitiesOur 14 household waste recycling centres accept around 85,000 tonnes of waste per year and accept 42 types of material.The recycling centres are visited approximately 1.6 million times a year by residents.You will play a key role in helping us maintain the best service for residents, be sustainable and provide good value for money. You'll be responsible for: Ensuring all HWRCs are being operated and maintained in a safe and professional manner, in accordance with their Environmental Permit, Planning Permissions and councils’ procedures.
