Advert An opportunity has arisen to join our Compliance Team within the Housing Asset and Investment Team. Renfrewshire Council has a portfolio of over 12,000 properties which require all landlord statutory and regulatory obligations to be met. You will assist the Statutory Compliance Co-ordinator’s (Asbestos Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Water Safety, Lifts and Fire Safety) on the strategic management of Statutory Compliance and Regulatory undertakings related to all Housing Revenue Account (HRA) assets.
