An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Selby Community Response Team, for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, patient focused rehabilitation service, supporting people in their own homes. The service runs 7 days a week, 8am- 8pm, also supporting Urgent Crisis Response within 2 hours.You will be responsible for providing both holistic assessments, as well as specialist occupational therapy treatment and management of patients, providing rehabilitation to patients in their own homes as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team of nurses/physios and Generic Support Workers.The team works closely with all partners, including hospital wards, GP’s, A&E, Social Services, and the voluntary s...
