We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team working 36 hours per week on a rota basis which includes working weekends. You will be working in a residential care home supporting people aged 18-65 who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and other medical conditions. The position is 36 hours per week with the option to work overtime. Experience as a Team Leader working in a residential care home is essential and this post requires NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be willing to complete Level 3. Medication trained is desirable, however we will provide training.
