We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic band 3 Healthcare Facilitator who is looking for a new challenge to work within Lakeside Mental Health Unit. Your role within the team would be to help support and implement treatment plans for service users under the care of the ward. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate understanding of the needs of services users who are experiencing a mental health crisis. You also have to be motivated and have the experience of working with acutely unwell service users.In return, we are able to offer you an excellent and rewarding experience.
