Vonin Scotland LtdWe are inviting applications for the role of Net Mender at our Service Station on the Isle of Scalpay. Experience in mending, sewing and ropework is desirable but is not essential as full training will be given. Similarly, some knowledge of the Aquaculture sector would be advantageous. The successful applicant will be required primarily to inspect nets and to carry out and accurately record repairs. Other duties may include rope, net, basket manufacturing and mooring assembly. 40 Hours; Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm with O/T if required paid at a rate of x1.5£13.50 - £16.52 per/hr (£28,080 - £34,361 pro-rata)We are also offering a remote travel allowance for employees whose address is more than 30 miles from the service station.To apply, send your CV to;Vonin Scotland LtdSc...
