The part-time position (0.3 FTE) will be located in the Centre for Cancer Immunology at Southampton General Hospital. The Centre is a recently constructed building dedicated to research which was the result of a major fundraising campaign. The Centre draws on a 40-year history of pioneering immunology and cancer research at Southampton. The Centre is the first dedicated centre for cancer immunology in the UK bringing together the entire research pipeline under one roof: from pioneering scientific discovery to applied research and preclinical modelling and, crucially, first-in-human clinical trials and beyond.
