This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for developing and extending the provision of a co-ordinated Schools based counselling service within Newport. The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with statutory and voluntary partnership organisations in coordinating a quality service for schools. The person appointed will hold a Postgraduate degree or Diploma in Counselling and/ or Psychotherapy and be an accredited Counsellor or Psychotherapist (BACP). The post holder will have substantial training and or experience in clinical supervision of counselling with children and young people.
