The Department of Thoracic Surgery offers individualised patient care across the full spectrum of general thoracic surgical practice, serving a large population with dedicated clinics in Leicester, Burton, Kettering, Northampton and Peterborough. Our surgeons contribute as core members of the Lung Cancer, Mesothelioma, Lung Volume Reduction, Sarcoma and Neuroendocrine Tumour multidisciplinary team meetings. There are seven operating lists per week, at Glenfield Hospital.
