JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Pastor will assist the Resident Pastor in leading and organizing an effective ministry, implementing fellowship, worship, bible teaching, discipleship, and evangelism/outreaches. Organise events or retreats to encourage community building, teach Sunday school and other educational programs and communicate with church staff about the faith, spiritual and educational needs.
