Job descriptionLead Youth Worker - 25 Hours - Salary: £16.06 per hourOur CharityOur charity delivers youth work to hundreds of young people in Cleator Moor and Frizington. You will work out of Frizington Youth Centre on an evening and line manage two youth workers, supported by our Project Director. You will lead on the planning and delivery of youth work sessions that are fun, developmental and discuss the issues that affect young people's lives. You will build up relationships and be a role model to our young people.
