The role involves engaging individuals in Woodwork and Horticulture activities.Key Requirements include:-A proven track record in and knowledge of HORTICULTURE, as you will assist the Senior Co-ordinator in the planning, development and implementation of the Odell allotments and garden annual planting schedule.You will also need to have excellent WOODWORK skills and be able to deliver woodwork based activities in a workshop type environment, using a wide range of hand tools and power tools. Skills and experience for this role include Arts & Crafts, Drama (including script writing and directing rehearsals), Music, Singing and Dance. Non-essential but beneficial practical skills would also be very welcome in any of the following disciplines:-Video editing using green screen technology, familiarity with relevant IPAD apps and working knowledge of operating a sound board.
