This exciting role will lead the day-to-day visitor operations across all The Auckland Project (TAP) sites combining operational excellence and efficiency with effective and engaging visitor experiences.Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will lead the Visitor Operations team, developing an exemplar visitor experience that reflects the values of the organisation.
