Role: Night Porter - CasualReporting to: Duty Manager Contract: Casual zero hours contractSalary: £12.98 per hour. The role purpose: As a member of the hotel operations team, you will work to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests and provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to guests in absence of Duty Managers and staff during the night. You will be passionate about providing exceptional guest experience and living through the Hotels standards. The role supports the management team alongside all other departments to ensure the smooth overnight running of the Hotel.
