The Activity Den is seeking a Den Assistant (Youth worker) to support the Den volunteers and staff with youth work, administration, housekeeping and developmental work. The youth work sessions will be primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings with other times to meet project and delivery requirements.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an interest in working with young people and have experience of administration procedures. You will have good communication and organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team with Den employees and volunteers. You will be able to demonstrate some knowledge of the issues facing young people and a willingness to learn.
