We require a caretaker for a start as soon as possible, who is enthusiastic, flexible and able to work well within a team.The duties of the role will include elements of setting up rooms, cleaning, open and lock-up, lettings supervision and porterage. The role has a base within our designated Facilities Hub, and will work within a wider team of Caretakers, Cleaners, and Premises Maintenance staff overseen by our Facilities Manager.The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a role with key responsibility and with similar related premises/security tasks; however, training will be given.The position is a permanent position, ideally working 5 days a week (including Saturdays); however we would consider a 4 day week pattern.Organisation benefits:Auto-enrolment into a cont...
