Overview:The purpose of the role is to lead the CEIAG team to ensure that there is a consistent approach to CEIAG across the organisation. Additionally in the capacity of Careers Advisor, to provide impartial careers information, advice guidance to facilitate our learners to make informed career/ job decisions, helping them understand themselves better and to know the opportunities and pathways open to them, so that they have clear plans of what they will move onto when they leave SWRAC and possibly even longer-term plans.At SWRAC we support individuals to thrive through real-life and relevant education programmes.
