Customer Services Team LeaderWe are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small ( but growing) team of 3 customer services people. You will also act as a team leader for the group. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, addressing customers questions around products, deliveries and services as well as processing orders and invoices.
