SICA Support are support broker supporting individuals and families in receipt of funding to meet their support needs.We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role. This is an ongoing permanent role for successful applicants.The client is a 32 year old female who lives in OL10. She attends day service Monday to Friday in OL9.The client has various additional needs including Epilepsy, severe Autism, Learning Disabilities, visually impairment and she can present challenging behaviour and self-harm.The support is to collect her from day service Monday to Friday at 4pm, support her to access activities to include swimming, shopping, ten-pin bowling and visiting family, take her home supporting with evening and morning routines and returning her to day service at 9am.
