Shrewsbury School seeks to appoint a Sport Coach for Swimming. We are looking for candidates who have Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications and a current National Rescue Award for Teachers and Coaches. Having a current first aid qualification is also preferable, although we can provide this with in-house training.Ideally you be knowledgeable and well qualified in the delivery of swimming programmes, with the ability to motivate and encourage swimmers of all abilities. The successful candidate will be leading coaching sessions with junior (13-15 years old) and senior age (16-18 years old) groups and attending fixtures.
