We have a vacancy for a Caretaker to join the team at Sandown Court, Southport. Contracted to two days a week (Monday and Tuesday 8.30 – 5pm with 1 hour lunch), plus covering holidays and sickness as and when required. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who takes pride in their work to join our existing Caretaking team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general caretaking tasks, answering the telephone, attending to contractors’ visits, ensuring Sandown Court is maintained to a high standard as well as ensuring all queries are reported to our Managing Agent Curlett Jones in an efficient manner.
