Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Worcester at Meadow Court. About the roleAs a Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for residents and staff onsite as well as visiting health professionals. This can include:- Leading the care shift and dealing with any emergencies that arise on shift- Creating/updating Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other key documentation- Auditing documentation such as MAR Charts, Daily Diary Records etc- Completing staff rotas to ensure each shift is adequately staffed- Completing quality monitoring checks such as spot checks, carers assessments & reviews- Liaising with other Health Professions such as Doctors, District Nurses etc.About M...
