Pontcae Medical Practice are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fulfill a role with our very busy reception team. We are ideally looking for 2 additional staff members to work part time 20hrs per week (Mornings / Afternoons on a rotational basis) however have some flexibility.This is an exciting opportunity for a primary care medical receptionist (Care-Navigator) based in Merthyr Tydfil.This role involves daily face to face and telephone contact with patients, arranging of appointments and follow up of patient related tasks.
