The successful candidate will be required to offer specialist OT assessment, treatment and discharge support for patients with complex physical and health needs in the area of Stroke Rehabilitation. Our service covers from Hyper Acute Stroke, through to rehabilitation as an inpatient, and into the community with our Early Supported Discharge team. With a new leadership structure and clinical leads in each area, the successful candidate will have access to specialist knowledge and support, offering opportunities to learn, gain experience and to help shape a service.
