Academic GP Programme Directors are responsible for providing education in a safe environment for doctors wanting to become GPs. This involves planning, facilitating and evaluating the process of learning. There will be support from the other Programme Directors. This involves planning, recruitment, facilitating and evaluating the process of learning for these trainee groups across London. This role will involve the strategic design and long-term development of the academic GP programme, with the support of the Primary Care Dean.
