Are you organised and customer focused with a can-do attitude? Do you have a flair for ICT technical support? Do you have a good knowledge of supporting end users remotely and at the desktop? We are looking for someone to join our busy Service Desk team who supports the Council’s evolving digital workforce. This role will primarily be first line support but the management of our hardware and software assets are also a key element of this role. Keeping records up to date, organising the physical location of stock and assigned assets, managing deliveries of ICT hardware, providing mobile device support are just a sample of the different elements that the team get involved in.
