Personal care assistant required for young maleOur client is looking for a personal assistant for their son, who has autism, ADHD and learning disabilities, to support him in social activities and accessing the community.The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in guiding our client’s son through his daily routine – including encouraging him with everyday hygiene. Our client’s can exhibit challenging behaviour, so it is important for the successful candidate to be confident in managing these behaviours.
