About us -Lincolnshire Traveller Initiative (LTI) is a small Charity based in Waddington, supporting the Traveller and Gypsy community with education, adult training, access to employment and promoting healthcare. LTI Teaching Assistant - We are looking for a confident person to join our team for 4 days a week 9:00-16:00 during term time (days to be agreed), with potential for more hours subject to funding. Lincolnshire Traveller Initiative is a small charity based in Waddington, supporting the Traveller and Gypsy community with education, adult training, access to employment and preventative healthcare. We have a mobile classroom that travels across the county to provide support to lots of different sites working with 1:1s and small groups.We are looking for a confident person to teach for 4 days a week (days to be agreed and hours will be 9am - 4pm during term time), with potential for more hours subject to funding. You will be responsible for delivery of teaching, working alongside a teaching assistant. The curriculum includes functional skills: maths and English and King's Trust wellbeing units.
