Lincolnshire Community Health Services are seeking a full time District Nurse to join them within the Lincoln North Community Nursing Team. The team are based in the Lincoln. Applicants should hold the Community Specialist Practitioner qualification and have experience of managing a caseload of patients and leading a team of staff in delivering excellent patient care. Alternatively a Case Manager without the DNSPQ may be considered for the right candidate on a temporary basis with the expectation that the course is undertaken when available.
