Full time Maintenance Person required, based in Walcott to be part of a team providing maintenance to an established, privately owned residential care home group for adults with learning disabilities and other company properties.Must have good working knowledge of general maintenance. Understanding of IT, plumbing, electrics, carpentry and decorating an advantage and able to comply with Health and Safety legislation. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch break, with flexibility to attend out of hours emergencies.
