Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Gloucestershire. The company: Our client is a high end residential contractor, who work on multi million pound jobs across Gloucestershire & the Cotswolds. The role entails: Managing the Site Manager and sub-contractors on site Liasing with clients - Pre-start meeting and other meetings with the client Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs Ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget Organising logistics, delegating work and keeping track of spending Requirements: 3 years minimum experience - ideally high end residential background.
