The role of a bricklayer at Maintenance & Contracts is not necessarily solely renewing bricks, Maintenance & Contracts are looking for an enthusiastic skilled person, who has experience of laying bricks, screeding floors, laying vinyl floor tiles, wall tiling, either experience of flat lay vinyl sheet flooring or willing to learn new skills if required. Experience of external render repairs would also be beneficial, along with concrete path repairs/renewal or manhole cover renewals / gully repairs. Guttering repairs/new rainwater downpipes.Hours of work are 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Thur with 1 hour for lunch then 8am – 3.30pm on Friday with a 30-minute lunchbreak.
