The RoleAs a Skills & Development Adviser you will join our supportive and hard working National Careers Service team in Lancashire, covering areas such as Chorley, Preston, Leyland, Ormskirk and Skelmersdale. You will deliver employability and careers guidance to a range of adults who may or may not be in work. You will support people to make decisions about their future careers, including training opportunities and career progression.
