Ideal Recruit is currenlty looking for Recruitment Resourcer for our driving division.Key Responsibilities / Tasks• Day to day management of a live pool of drivers• Source and register new drivers, licence and compliance checks• Manage driver availability, holiday cover week by week• Build strong relationship with both candidates and clients • Understand the legal demands of working within the driving sector (such as Working Time Directive rules, Driver’s Hours, HGV License requirements, Infringements etc)• To cover on call weekend rota (1 weekend per month) after completed trainingTo be successful you will need:• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different levels of people, from drivers, up to site management• High level of attention to detail• Great people manageme...
