We are currently recruiting a Support Practitioner on a part-time basis (20 Hours) for our new Intensive Rough Sleeper initiative, as part of the Housing Related Support service.THE INTENSIVE ROUGH SLEEPER SERVICE is responsible for the direct provision of Intensive Rough Sleeper support, for those who have experienced rough sleeping or been at risk of rough sleeping with multiple and complex support needs.
