The client is 22 years old and has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, severe learning difficulties, autism and has a gastrostomy.The client enjoys going out to a day centre, social outings e.g. shopping, zoo etc., watching TV, swimming and sensory sessions.The client is dependent on those caring for her to anticipate and pre-empt her care needs, to communicate and explain things to reassure.The client requires 2 PAs/Carers at all times.
