We are looking for a confident person who already has some healthcare training to be a care navigator and deal with general administrative duties for 20 hours per week (shifts will vary 0800hrs-1300hrs and 1330hrs-18.30hrs) Must be flexible to cover Annual leave and sickness.Care navigation is a way for general practice staff to ensure patients get the right help from the right person ,to help patients find the best course of care for their needs. .We are a small ,very busy practice so some experience of working in primary care is essential .Every day is different in a fast paced but friendly working environment.In return we are offering extra training , an hourly rate above the minimum wage and payment into the NHS pension scheme.If you think you have what it takes then please contact The...
