Job Summary We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as a House Project Facilitator within East Dunbartonshire’s house project. The House Projects supports care experienced young people leaving care to create their own homes and live connected and fulfilling lives. Young people will work through the House Project programme which is SQA accredited. Facilitators will be responsible for supporting young people to complete the modules and upload evidence.The House project is a trauma informed, relationship based approach, to supporting and working with care experienced young people- supported by monthly consultation with a clinical psychologist.
