Through your work and leadership and within the wider SEND & student support team you will ensure that our provision, processes and intervention for children who present with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs has a positive and sustained impact. This will include:Leadership of the inclusion support strand (with the SEND team) ensuring that intervention programs are tailored to school-wide and individual needs leading to increased student engagement and success in their learning.Oversight and further development of the school’s study room and internal exclusion provision.
