I am working with a leading London Corporate M&A and ECM team who are looking for a junior-mid level non-contentious associate. The team is very well regarded within the Upper-mid market corporate M&A and ECM spacespecialising in domestic and international M&A including public company takeovers. Public, private equity fundraisings and corporate advisory, advising private and quoted companies and financial intermediaries. The role is very focused on the private/Public M&A and ECM space. Ideally the hiring partner has told us that the associate should have experience in all 3 practice areas, however on the more junior end if you have limited experience you should have a keen interest in doing Public M&A and ECM work....
