He has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, severe learning difficulties and is non-verbal. He is a very cheerful young man who enjoys charity shopping, cycling, walking, swimming, getting out in the countryside and to cafes. C requires 2 to 1 support while out and about as he has absconded before. He also has a history of self-harm pulling out his own adult teeth.
