We are a transitional care unit within the postnatal ward that is commissioned to take 8 cots. You will be an integral part of this collaborative environment as a member of the neonatal team.You will assist the neonatal nursing staff in the neonatal and transitional care units by providing individualised, family-centred care to infants until they are discharged. The successful candidate will work alongside the neonatal and postnatal teams.
