The Neonatal Transitional Care Nursery Nurse will work as part of the neonatal and postnatal team under the supervision of transitional care lead nurse and the neonatal unit senior sisters. The post holder will work on transitional care unit,based on the postnatal ward. There will be opportunity to rotate to the neonatal unit and also will involve working with the Inpatient maternity team. They will be responsible for continuing work with the transitional care team in keeping babies with their mothers. Doing regular observations and assisting the doctors where needed.
