The Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery and management of cost effective and proactive operational facilities management at New County Hall, Truro, which will include cleaning services, Health & Safety and the welfare of the workforce.The post holder will also have responsibility for managing and monitoring contract delivery, ensuring compliance with all working standards and directives whilst driving continuous improvement, performance management and efficiency at all levels across the site.
