The Debt & Energy Adviser will deliver debt, energy, benefit and financial capability advice to individuals and their families to help them be more financially confident and secure, access energy saving measures and increase their incomes.Advice and casework will be delivered over the phone, by email, video platform and face to face, following up with clients to ensure that they achieve the best outcome for their circumstances.This post may involve carrying out home visits throughout East Lancashire.Debt training will be provided.
